I am a pharmacist with a master鈥檚 degree in Global Healthcare Management from Coventry University. I鈥檓 intrigued by the widespread use of data in healthcare systems to improve service delivery, promote equity, and uncover new ways of working, all with the goal of enhancing patient quality of life and outcomes. I鈥檓 interested in quality improvement and how it has affected the healthcare business in terms of cost-effectiveness, reducing healthcare-related errors, optimising service delivery, and providing equitable care to patients. I鈥檝e been involved in projects aimed at decreasing stigma surrounding HIV/AIDS, supporting equity for all, and much more.
